Unable to find

This place either does not exist or the location needs to be updated. In the place on the map marked here is a coffee shop. I asked the guy working there where this place is, and he indicated to go to the nearby church. I walked around the church and did not see anything. Was in a time crunch so couldn’t ask more people or investigate further
