Nice Shamburger
Went to the Ballard location
They have Shambala bakery buns, vegan cheese, vegenaise and Beyond Sausage and they let you customize your sandwich. We wanted to split the burger, and they served it on 2 different plates each with their own side of fresh fruit, which was refreshing.
There were also the usual Flying Apron baked bars and more breads, bagels, biscuits and so on from Shambala bakery.
They also had a couple of vegan bonbons which were not so great

Closed Due to Covid - Edit
We took a Lyft only to find a sign on the door saying they are closed permanently due to effects of Covid…don’t even bother. Update your status.
