I ordered from them twice now and will definitely be my last time ordering. The second shipment came in a flimsy box and was damaged when I received it. Their shipping policy states that it is not damaged when leaves them. That’s ridiculous. If you ship it in a thin cardboard box with only tissue paper protecting delicate baked goods, that’s a problem. There stuff is okay but don’t waste your money if you order online. It’s expensive for mediocre baked goods that are poorly packaged.
