Buffet with chef assistance

When I booked online I made a note that I was vegan. When I arrived the hostess said the chef would greet me and show me what was vegan. There were heaps of vegetables and a salad bar with dolmades and chickpeas and more. When I asked what was vegan for dessert he said just tell him when I was ready and they would prepare a plate. The photo shows the dessert. It was very good.

Only thing specially prepared is the fruit salad. The cake is an outsourced one that hundred of cafes around australia use as their vegan option haha
