Great vegan breakfast sandwich - Edit
I really enjoyed the sandwich which is vegan by default; everything bagel with vegan sausage, just egg, chao cheese . They heated it up in the oven, and I had some nice green tea with it. Lovely vibe and has a few seats outside

The only spot - Edit
The only coffee place in a quiet town. It’s in a newer building and the interior is really nice. They serve Stumptown coffee and have several plant milk options. Not many food options. They have cookies from Red Plate Foods, a vegan snack bar, vegan oatmeal and bagels, not sure if there are vegan options to add as spread. My latte was a good balance of espresso and oat milk.
