Great Bagel & Coffee - Edit
The Caprese-Bagel was delicious, with tomatoes, vegan mozzarella, salad, olives, basil pesto, tomato pesto. Coffee was very good. Nice location, atmosphere outside is great. Staff was in a very good mood, friendly, and with good degree of attention.

Vrohstoff has an all-vegan menu with a lot of options and the seasonal dish I had was quite good. But upon request, they do (August 2015) offer cow's milk and eggs so they're actually not fully vegan as stated in other reviews.

Ich hatte eine Basilikumlimo, die wahnsinnig gut war. Der bestellte Glasnudelsalat war geschmacklich ebenfalls gut, allerdings recht einseitig und dadurch nicht so richtig befriedigend. Er bestand zu 95% aus Nudeln. Es war nur minimal Gemüse dran, was ich schon erwartet hätte, auch anhand der Beschreibung in der Karte.

Alles vegan und glutenfrei, Speisen sind sehr lecker (Vorallem die Kuchen!), aber ziemlich teuer. Aufgrund der kontaminationsfreien glutenfreien Gerichte für uns trotzdem immer wieder einen Besuch wert.

Vegetarian/Vegan restaurant in Würzburg's inner city. Has a diverse menu with lots of interesting and creative options. I was there for the Vrohstück and the pancakes as well as the bagel were very delicious. Atmosphere is modern but feels cosy and inviting. Would have loved to try more : )

The burgers are great but everything is on the expensive side. Large selection of different burgers, the rest of the menu is a bit unimaginative for an explicit vegan restaurant. Also a few non-vegan options which is weird for a restaurant advertising itself as vegan.

We got their English breakfast plate which was good but nothing out of the ordinary. I could have easily made it myself. Same with the oatmeal and the side pancake we ordered. If there were no other vegan options this would be a delightful restaurant to have in the neighborhood but this is Germany, so there are better options in the city

Das Restaurant hat eine sehr große Auswahl an veganen Speisen. Wir haben uns für die Burger entschieden, was eine sehr gute Wahl war. Aber auch die anderen Gerichte sind zu empfehlen.

Update 29.09.23:
Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir können sowohl 'Verrückt' als auch 'Wahre Vreude' empfehlen. Der Chococcino war ebenfalls sehr lecker und konnte koffeinfrei bestellt werden. Außerdem kosten die veganen Milchalternativen keinen Aufpreis.
