We came across this cute little restaurant when we were visiting puerto morelos. We instantly fell in love with the place and the menu. The waitress was very sweet and gave us tips for snorkeling.

We visited this place 3 times during our 3-day stay in Puerto Morelos. We wanted to try everything on the menu. We especially loved the choripan, waffles and Asian soup and we're a big fan of the cinnamon roll!

All the food and drinks was vegan and it was great to eat some tasty and spicy Mexican food while being here! Really nice service and great prices. Went back just to be able to try more stuff from the menu. Always left the place full and satisfied!

Comparing the two nearby vegan restaurants, Veggie Veggie is more authentic Mexican street food style--open earlier on a more trafficked street (and more seating), and they don't serve alcohol; Layla's is more international/pizza style --open later on a quieter street and more intimate --and you can get a beer there. Both are excellent!

I love this place so much. The food is absolutely outstanding. The food is all delicious. The philli sandwich is the best sandwich I've had. I've gotten it multiple times and it is perfection each time. Try the whole menu. I have tried everything they offer but make sure to also get a philli each time I come haha. The food is not expensive and Soo good!! Lucas and Angel are so friendly and great to talk to. Just love this place. If you come here you must eat here. It is a must, and you're welcome!

Fabulous food! All fresh made to order by Luis. Lots of flavours, sauces, and generous portions! I have eaten the empanadas, tacos, tostadas, and shawarma falafel so far and loved them all! Highly recommend. Note: not open Tuesdays or Wednesdays!
