Although they did change their mac n cheese recipe and I do think it used to be better, I hope that the Mac and cheese that you had wasn't an enormous turn-off to Veggie Castle. The reason why I say this is because Veggie Castle has it's good and bad days, sometimes their mac n cheese will be really creamy and cheesy and other days it'll be really dry and tasteless. So I recommend giving Veggie Castle another chance because they do serve good mac n cheese at times.
