Excellent food, excellent service - Edit
The staff were so fun and attentive! And the food was just as good 💖 The bao was definately a highlight, as was the Bahn mi. The only issue we had was the mains arriving about 10 mins apart, but it was worth the wait.

Our all time favorite Vegan place!! So if you haven't been to VeggiEAT yet...DO IT! They have a location in Henderson and one in Summerlin...and honestly it is so worth the drive. Everything is 100% vegan and they have some incredible sushi!! (which is what we normally order) Today we tried a couple Bahn Mi sandwiches. My man had the "steak" cold sandwich and I had the Philly "cheese". Both were soooo delicious!! We also had some tofu Singapore noodles 😍🤤 and our go to appetizer, the sashimi spring roll. The owner is so sweet and personable and the atmosphere in both locations is so calming and zen like. We LOVE it here!

Went to veggieat tonight after having a positive experience prior. Walked in and not half a second they pounced on me and ordered me to wear a mask (did not even give me a chance to get it out). When I did I noticed that.NO ONE else was wearing one. I sat down and they brought me water. Some cook came over and said I had to wear my mask while drinking. REALLY? Yet , again, no one else was wearing one. Server came over and had no clue as to what and was not gluten free and nut free (allergic to both). He left the table four times to ask someone else my questions. I was in the middle of ordering and he walked away leaving the menus and not taking our complete order. Super unimpressed

My favorites here are Matcha Green Tea Smoothie, Gua Bao, and Vegan Ribs with Black Bean Sauce. Also good are Singapore Fried Rice Noodle, and Combo Meat Fried Rice.
Read moreThis location enjoys an ideal corner position of what is essentially an outdoor food court. The interior is spacious with continuous windows facing the outside. The restaurant has its own covered patio for outdoor dining, including a nice view and heat lamps for the colder months.

Wow. What an amazing place! We LOVED everything we ate, especially the Jalapeño Pop (get the four-piece!). Dumplings were fantastic. Orange chicken, scrummy!! Will ABSOLUTELY be back!

Huge menu, delicious food, big portions! - Edit
VeggiEat is honestly one of my favorite restaurants in town! Sometimes large menus are a red flag indicating that the quality of the food is lower, but that's not the case here! Everything is delicious and the portions are big! I can't wait to come back and keep trying more of their menu. So far I've had the pho, several varieties of bahn mi, and Singapore Noodles and it's all been amazing!

Went here because the summerlin location that is closer to me was not open for dine it. When we got here I found out this is the only location that doesn't serve bahn mi sandwiches (which is what I really wanted) so we ordered our food. My husband came out first.... then 30 minutes later I get mine. Of course he was done and mine was a soup I was trying to finish fast because I felt bad he was just sitting there but it was so hot.

Great Vegan Food in Summerlin - Edit
We have been there about 6-8 times over the past few months and love the variety they offer. There are so many tasty items on the menu and some interesting meat alternatives - along with fresh vegetables. The desserts are also amazing! You have to try them. They also sell a vegan jerky that is awesome!
Read moreService is also really good. Staff is friendly and helpful - often offering suggestions on new items to try. Definitely worth going again and again! I always leave feeling full and happy.
