High hopes but let down

The food looks good and smells good and a friendly vibe from the gentleman that put my order together to go. I Found a piece of hair in my food was so discussed
I didn't even take it back just through it out, knowing I wasn't going back there.

Pros: Food looks great, and smells good.

Cons: Hair in food is a no go for me.
