EXCELLENT & DELICIOUS Vegan Restaurant in Puebla - Edit
I was very impressed with this place! The menu had a lot do variety and everything was so delicious. I highly suggest the burgers, especially the bbq one, which was very big and served with either fries or kale chips (recommend the kale chips).

We ordered a massive piece of home made chocolate and peanut butter cake and that was SO yummy as well.
Overall, everything was perfect. The menu was reasonably priced, service was quick and efficient and the food was better than most places I have eaten at in Mexico for vegan food!
I will definitely be retuning here to eat more tasty options on their menu!

Decidí ir en mi graduación y fue la mejor decisión, tienen muchísimas opciones y totalmente deliciosas, fui con personas no veganas y quedaron fascinadas con los sabores, texturas de la comida. El chicharrón de portobelo es delicioso, y sus pastas, ni se diga!! además que tienen 2x1 en ciertas bebidas, promoción de pastas y hamburguesas. Los precios están muy aceptables por sabor/calidad

Accommodating Staff and Creative Dishes - Edit
We stopped here when they were only open for take away, but the staff was nice enough to let us eat there rather than turn us away. They have a TON of options here. Pastas, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, but also healthy options as well. Priced reasonably, especially because of the portion sizes.

Read moreThe food is somewhat pricey for Puebla but the plating and vibe of the restaurant makes up for it.
The hotcakes were slightly chewier than I would've liked but were otherwise good. And the fruit, cream, and maple syrup really added to the flavor.
Wish they would've put the green salsa in my chilaquiles rather than to the side, but they insisted putting it on the side "because it will be too spicy for me". The assumption annoyed me, especially considering the food had zero spice to it (and I also used to live in a country where the food is normally "spicy").
All of the other items were good.
Overall I'll visit again if I'm near the restaurant.

We came here with non-vegan friends and they were very impressed. As were we. They have a nice mix of typical "vegan junk food" like burgers and pizza but they also have some very nice dishes inspired by traditional Mexican food.

We went with the whole family and ordered different things. Some ordered the set menu with a tomato soup and a burger, other ones had tacos, fried cauliflower with hummus, potatoes with cheese (Raclette)... Everything was great! From the family just two of us are vegan and the rest not. The best part of it is, that even the non vegan ones loved the food.

We’ve been to Vegan Inc. multiple times in CDMX and we were so happy they just opened in Puebla! Unfortunately after going several times we’ve noticed the quality isn’t near as good as in cdmx. The pizzas miss ingredients, are so thin that they have holes in the dough, and just look overall sloppy and the fondu is so tiny it’s only enough for 1 person.
Read moreWe will continue going because we do love a lot of their dishes and the fondu and pizza still taste great. It’s just a little sad that it isn’t the same quality as we are used to at vegan inc.
I personally highly recommend any dishes with their homemade cheese as it’s absolutely delightful! Their deserts are great too.

Sin duda mi lugar favorito. El queso que tienen es irreal no puedes creer lo rico que es. Los desayunos son una locura y la pizza la tienes que probar. Un lugar con productos de alta calidad. Ellos mismos hornean el pan, hacen las tortillas a mano, de verdad lo tienen que probar.
