Very happy with the vegan options - Edit
So basically, they serve the impossible burger in 4 different styles. 2 are vegetarian with American cheese. 2 are vegan with homemade umami style sauce. They have the impossible trufflemaker and the spicy bbq. We did not try the spicy bbq but we had the trufflemaker and it was beyond my expectations. They prepare it clean to make sure it’s vegan all the way, the sauce was crazy with some mustard and the burger looked exactly like real burger. Globally my non vegan friend with me was mind blown, the service was excellent , staff was kind and communicative. They have couple of homemade limonades and aguas frescas, we tried the cucumber mint and it was delicious. For prices vegan spicy bbq was 13 no side and the trufflemaker was 14 no side ( just the burger) side of salad is 5 and other sides are from 5 to 8. Very happy with the experience and I can say that being strong vegan supporter I was skeptical about umami selling impossible and I can tell it worth the stop !!

Very much like an L.A. burger bar. Great options. First time here, had to try their signature Impossible Burger. This thing made me go into flashback mode to the last time I ate a double cheese burger... freaked me out for a second. I had to stop inhaling the burger just to make sure my stomach could accept it. It did. Plus the drinks were vegan as well, which was a nice surprise. Great, fast, and friendly service. Will go back again.
