Excellent vegan café! - Edit
I've wanted to try Three Cats since they opened but since I live in south Seattle, it's taken me a while! Now that I've been I'm just sad I don't live closer. I had the bacon sandwich and a lemon Danish - I'm always so thrilled to find a vegan lemon Danish, and this one was delicious! The Victoria latte was tasty and cute with whipped cream and strawberry syrup on top. My husband teaches at UW Bothell and gets lunch here every Thursday and brings me a pastry home every time too, and all of those have been excellent (cinnamon roll, pumpkin bundt cake, black sesame macaron).
Read moreI will note that only the snacks in front of/immediately to the right of their counter are definitely vegan. They're in Woodinville Bodega and most of the other snacks don't look vegan, though I didn't look closely at them.

Delicious treats! - Edit
Husband and I got a s’mores latte and apumpkin spice latte along with a pistachio macrons - so tasty! The owner/barista is lovely, personable, and clearly loves what she does. They also sell some great vegan treats, like Taiwanese chocolate bars, stroopwafels, and fresh breakfast and bakery items. A !

Great vegan coffee shop - Edit
I was dreaming something like this would open in this area, and then three cats did. Service has been good, some unique drink options, good standard coffee, and tea drinks too. Had the breakfast sandwich and it was good. The hot food menu is small but having a few options is a bonus, especially as the shop is just a corner in the bodega. Their rotating selection of vegan baked goods is also appreciated, I have to try more of them in the future!

Best Cafe This Side of Everywhere - Edit
Three Cats has quickly become my favorite cafe in the area! The drink menu is creative and delicious (the teriyaki latte and orange mocha are my personal favorites), and their season drinks have been consistently amazing as well. Their food menu is fantastic too; my go-tos are the Kari Krunch and ‘Bacun’ sandwich. Plus, the owner and workers are all super kind and accommodating. The atmosphere is unmatched and I love going back for more each week.

Great breakfast, not great coffee - Edit
They owner was super nice. My daughter and I split a breakfast burrito and a pesto sandwich. Both were very good, but the burrito was amazing. Pesto sandwich was a bit spicy, but in a good way. I had the Cinnamon Latte and my daughter had a strawberry cream latte. If you like sweet coffee drinks, this isn't the place for you. We both like sweet drinks and these were very bland. They also were not hot, just kind of warm. We shared a chocolate croissant and it was not super impressive. Cute ship inside a bodega with a lot of Asian snacks. Would not come back for coffee, but would come for the burrito.

I love this place, and they’re very accommodating. If you prefer sweeter drinks, they will happily add extra syrup on request. Just tell them your preferences when you order - I can’t recommend three cats highly enough, so I suggest giving the drinks another go

New 100% vegan cafe with amazing pastries!! - Edit
There's a new vegan game in town, they just opened about a month ago and go by the name of .... Three Cats Coffee, based in Woodinville.
Read moreTheir cafe, 100% vegan (!!!), sits at the tail end of a mini-grocery store to which there is a parking garage across the street offering free parking! It's a cute little space that was very easy to access. We visited early afternoon on Saturday and were greeted by the lovely Shannon, who was working super hard at keeping everything running smoothly! It was a pleasure chatting with her and learning how the business first opened only a month ago, as much as it was exciting to hear about potential options for the future.
I couldn't wait to try the Reese's Latte and, my wife opted for the Orange Mocha. Both drinks were incredibly smooth and tasty. For each, you could pick up more than a good hint of the included flavors, whether that was orange or reese's, respectively, without either flavor at the same time overwhelming the coffees, an absolutely smooth and perfect balance!
For amazing eats, we opted for two pastries and one sandwich, the Portugese Custard Tart, the Pain au Chocolate, and the Bacon Sandwich, the sandwich being sourced directly from Cafe Red, an amazing 100% vegan coffee place located on the south end of Seattle on MLK Jr Way S. Each item was phenomenal, the tart with it's creamy center, the chocolat with it's flaky crust, and the bacon sandwich with it's smokey bacon-y melty cheeziness delightfully sinful goodness 😈.
I'm super excited for this Three Cats, excited to have them in the greater Seattle area, excited to go back and try their other items and, excited for any future possibilities as well. Trust me, you want to make the time to head out to Woodinville to say hello, try one of their amazing coffees and wolf down a pastry or two or an amount of undisclosed abundance 🙂
Pros: delicious, flavorful smooth coffee drinks, melt in your mouth pastries, savory sandwiches
