Great vegan options - Edit
Their “Asparagus carbonara” (vegan pasta, crispy seitan, roasted Two River Mushrooms, and cashew cream) is scrumptious!
Read moreIt is important to point out that they produce their own organic mushrooms (Two River mushroom Co.), and therefore are fresh.
I also had the Farmer’s market, as entre, (small plate - veggie option that changes every week).
Also, as a brewery, they have lots of tasty beers. Some of their own, and some from other local breweries. They do not use isinglass or other animal derived ingredients to clarify their beers.

The bahn mi was good and better than expected. It had a little spice to it. The options are explicitly marked as vegan. They have limited options - have a bahn mi, pizza, and dessert.
