The reasoning behind our choice to be organic is simple - the overall well-being of our customers is our main concern and thus becomes the foundation from which we make every decision in our restaurant. We do this all in hopes that the benefits of organic nutrition echoes throughout the remaining areas of our lives.
?Furthermore, our food is all homemade with fresh seasonal ingredients, absolutely no frozen or processed food. The recipes will be shared in cooking classes and seminars emphasizing healthy living.
?Don't forget to try our premium tea products including herbal and traditional tea, which are carefully selected from Thai Nguyen - well-known province on precious varieties of tea in Vietnam. While the traditional tea lines have become popular, herbal tea which was previously for export will be distributed in Vietnam market by The Veg.
