I went here for the first time right after they opened at 11. I was the third customer to order and my single sandwich took nearly 30 minutes. When I said something, the owner- instead of apologizing- accused me of lying and then went on to publicly shame me on their Google review page. They could have simply apologized but instead chose to blame a first time (and last time) customer instead of taking responsibility for the poor communication and slow speed of service. All of which could have been avoided had they simply informed me at the time I placed my order that it would be more than 20 minutes. The food is good but you should expect poor service and bad attitudes as well.
