The Taco Stand

The mushroom burrito is amazing. A lot of flavor but didn’t have anything else in it like rice or beans. Just salsa and avocado. Which honestly it was deliciously and flavorful the way it way! And you can order it as a burrito just ask. Otherwise it is only listed as a taco.

They also have a nopal taco/burrito but has cheese! Can opt out

Pros: Mushroom burrito , Fast service (better as takeout) , Self serve salsa

Cons: Not a lot of seating, especially when it’s busy , No other vegan options except for mushroom burrito
