I'm writing this review to warn people about the serious rat infestation that's taking place in this location, because it's a real problem that poses serious health risks and it is a safety hazard. The fact is that rats carry over 35 diseases, spread bacteria, trigger allergies and contaminate food just by their touch, through their saliva, urine and feces. Don't get any food or beverages made in this place, because the management and staff are obviously not following the proper health and safety standards. Having a rat infestation inside a place where meals and beverages are prepared "and sold" to humans, is completely illegal! I saw the rats with my own eyes and I even sprained my ankle when I jumped from the disgust and shock. That was the first time in my lifetime that I saw rats scurrying around inside a store, and never thought I would see such a disburbing sight in a store located in the fancy shopping plaza of Marina del Rey, out of all places. It happened on January 25th 2022 around 6:30 p.m. I walked in there because it looked like they had a juice bar and I was in the mood for a fresh juice, but was told they only had juices made in the morning inside a fridge. The bottles seemed tiny for the price, and the juice looked too cloudy, so I was skeptical about their freshness and decided to check out what other drinks they had in the refrigerator nearby. There was no one else inside the store at the time, other than the rude attendant sitting by the front door, but we were definitely "not alone" in there. As I started walking towards the other refrigerator, I saw three massive rats!!!! It was gross, I actually yelled and jumped at the same time, that's how I ended up spraining my ankle from the high jump, silly but that was my first reaction because it was just so shocking and disgusting. Those rats were huge, about 14 in long and they looked plump, definitely well fed, like they were fully established and nesting in there for a while!!! As thirsty as I was, I COULD NOT force myself to stay in there and was actually afraid I was going to get startled by another giant rat, so I immediately left the store limping. As soon as I stepped outside, there were two guys parked in a car with a look of shock in their faces and the first thing they told me was: ''Those where some big a** rats, you are not tripping, we saw that!!!!" They also mentioned that they were glad they saw them, because they will not be eating in there anymore and me either.
