They have a lot of very tasty fresh veggie and vegan friendly dishes' curries potato dishes and tofu options -damn good and space to sit and hide for a half hour in peace

Nice shop with some (less good) eat-in options - Edit
This is a smallish health-food store that is cramped but that has a decent selection of items. In the back, there is a deli counter that serves some vegan food--soup, smoothies, sandwiches, etc. with some minimal, functional seating. I got a vegan quesadilla, which frankly did not taste good at all. I might have had better luck with something else, though my sense this is not really a place one goes to dine unless in a rush.

We popped in to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch. The deli is in the back along with long sit-down counters. We arrived early, so there was plenty of seating available. The deli has hot dishes and cold salads. They were not marked vegan, so we had to ask. Also, you point at which salad items you want and they add it to the container. The only self-serve is the pre-packaged items in the refrigerated area nearby. We had some of the deli salads as well as a prepared soba noodle package.
