Not really vegan

Along with being vegan, I also have a dairy allergy. Even trace amounts of dairy triggers an allergy in me. And in the 10 times I have ordered from Digitale Cafe, I have gotten an allergic reaction twice after eating their so called vegan menu.

My guess is that they are claiming to be vegan for marketing purposes and would not mind substituting non vegan ingredients if they are not available. Avoid if you have an allergy to dairy.

Just to clarify for everyone else reading — we are 100% vegan and do not stock, use, or substitute dairy in any form. Our kitchen is fully plant-based, right down to the smallest ingredient. While sarcasm aside, we take genuine concerns about allergies very seriously, we also know when a story doesn’t quite add up. Thanks for the creative writing though!
