Serves meat, vegan options available. Very small Thai food restaurant. Will accommodate special requests - say no meat and no dairy. Menu includes vegetarian items that may be veganised, including ones that that specify "no oil". Removed December 2025: no longer offering vegan options.

Surprise on I-95 - Edit
Usually driving from Fayetteville to Florida or visaversa is a challenge for my vegan husband and I....especially through S Carolina where tofu isn't usually known even as an option in Chinese restaurants.....but Thai House totally made our day! Small place, but they're moving soon...nearby.....fresh food, the owner generously accommodated us personally. The food was great! The boss man with 30 years experience who also washes dishes said, they can make anything you want on the menu, vegetarian or vegan ( his wife is the cook).
Read moreWe ate a Tom Kha soup, a bean thread noodle dish which was great, and another soup and salad....all very tasty.
Pros: Caters to vegetarian, vegans, Pleasant atmosphere....sweet owners., Located easily off I-95
Cons: small space, but they're moving soon nearby

Solid Options - Edit
Thai House has solid vegan options! It is pretty much the only restaurant in town with any vegan food at all. We loved the summer rolls!

Good stop right off I-95 - Edit
Cute Thai place. Looks like renovating in progress. Bathrooms new, tables old, etc. Server was sweet and happy to discuss ingredients. As any Thai place, plenty of options if you choose tofu as your protein. A soup with coconut broth, rice dishes, noodle dishes, curries, etc. I enjoyed the fresh rolls, basic but good (I wasn’t that hungry). Hubby got the Garlic Stir fry with Tofu. Tofu was great, served with lukewarm broccoli and also lukewarm iceberg lettuce… rice on side. Tasty tofu, overall dish not impressive.
Read morePros: Friendly helpful server, Plenty of options, Convenient and inexpensive
Cons: Dish not well composed, Iceberg lettuce as a veggie under stirfry, Not enough veggies

Under new ownership! - Edit
No seperate vegan menu. Staff were unsure what vegans ate. After some discussion we figured out the curries could be made vegan. The spring roll appetizer was fresh and tasty.

Hidden Thai restaurant with vegan options! - Edit
My mom and I were going to stop at Pizza Hut to get pizza. However, we got gas and saw this Thai cuisine restaurant. I looked online and saw that they tofu and veggie fried rice. I walked in and asked if we could fried rice without butter and the owner was behind employee at the cash register. He said we don’t use butter. Then my mom said oh ok because we are vegan. Then he said we have a vegan menu!!! We were so happy and surprised. He even mentioned that they were on happy cow and I didn’t even bother looking on here!! We got tofu fried rice and veggie/avocado sushi rolls. Definitely a good place to go. The owner even gave us a little bit of ginger tea to taste (I was in the bathroom when he offered) and my mom told me it had honey in it... I didn’t want to be rude so I drank it but don’t worry it wasn’t a lot. Honey is not vegan but I’m not upset. It was a very nice gesture.

Rich yellow curry! - Edit
Ask for the separate vegan menu. All custom made, great flavors. Hard to find but worth it. A real hole in the wall, but will be moving to newer quarters soon. Nicest owner!

Fantastic food and service! - Edit
We stumbled on to this great find after a long trip down i95 on our way to Florida. Our hotel was down the street and as vegans we were thrilled to find a vegan friendly restaurant. Five of us all tried various vegan dishes and asked for a few special orders. The owner was extremely helpful and helped suggest some modifications on sauces and soups. This place is worth a trip and we will be back!

Traveling Vegan - Edit
As a traveling vegan I'm use to surviving on scraps and cliff bars, especially through rural areas off I-95. I saw this spot on HappyCow and gave it a shot. The food was amazing! I had yellow curry with tofu. There are several dishes that can be made vegan. I'm going to plan my future pit stops around this place just so I can come back for more!
