Not worth the money

Real chefs know how to take critics. But it takes humility to do so. Being a chef is not easy, and it takes a lot of patience and time to reach a certain level. In my opinion Antonella, is getting good reviews undeservingly. From my professional point of view she still has a lot to learn. For instance, if you want to charge 7€ for a dessert, like real restaurants do, you should do better than 2 Digestive cookies, with store bought wiped cream.

I didn't say in person because not everybody can take criticism. And one can see she regards herself as a vegan star chef.

How sweety! You have so much time to waste that you created the profile on Happy Cow, just to criticize me and come so to help your little girlfriend! But aren't you shamed?
And you also have the courage to talk about HUMILITY? You are such a perfect couple! Dear, I have many more years than you, I have been working in kitchens all over the world for years and have collaborated with real Chefs, I went to school in America, I collaborate on research and development for the biggest vegan companies and you... YOU DARE TO WRITE THAT MY CLIENTS ARE ALL WRITING ME POSITIVE REVIEWS UNDESERVEDLY? BUT WHO THE HECK ARE YOU? BUT HOW DARE YOU? BUT TRY TO LEARN YOURSELF TO WORK, INSTEAD OF BEING A PALADIN AND JUDGE MY WORK! I personally explained to you how the Tiramisu was made, because here I cook everything fresh, at the moment, by myself and without any help, so I don't have the time, unfortunately, to make the cookies and whipped cream too! You paid for the quality of what you eat, my work, the cover and you were by the lake! I never said I was a Michelin vegan Chef, don't you dare to write things I never said, you and your little girlfriend created this story, because you can tell you have nothing better to do! Carissima Antonella.
Puoi cancellare le reviews quanto ti pare, ma come ho scritto, non sai accettare critiche. Se qualcuno ti fa una critica, soprattutto qualcuno che qualcosina ne sa, dovrebbe solo aiutarti a crescere nel tuo campo e migliorare, cosa che in cucina non si smette mai. C'e sempre qualcosa nuovo da imparare o che si possa migliorare.

Cmq ho il profilo da gennaio 2021, ma non scrivo reviews. In questo caso ho scritto perchè sono stato coinvolto da un tuo commento.

Certo! Ci credono tutti! Sei stato tirato in ballo dalla tua fidanzatina! Cancellare le reviews? Le mie parlano da sole! Solo le vostre riportano cose false sul mio conto e ti sei pure permesso di scrivere che non merito le recensioni che ho! Ma non ti vergogni!? Tu "qualcosina ne sai" e gli altri che hanno recensito la mia cucina, quindi sono tutti degli idioti? Perché questo stai insinuando! Avete intenzione di lasciarmi in pace o continuare a scrivere cavolate? Ma non vi rendete conto che siete ridicoli?
