I love Take A Veg! Great tasty fast food in the city centres. My favourite dish was their general tso but I don't believe that's a regular on their menu. The burgers are divine too.

Awesome food 😃 - Edit
Take a veg is always a favourite for me, brought my whole friend group along today and everyone of them loved it! We all got the free the chick burger and fries and honestly you’re not gonna find better vegan comfort food than that! Not to mention a picture of any of their food is always insta worthy 🙂 Dropped over to It’s a Trap for coffee and cake after and that’ll be a regular coffee spot from now on!

Hidden gem - Edit
Very tucked away in a non-descript market, with little to no signage, but a great place to seek out for vegan fast food. Great seitan burgers and really reasonably priced too

Delicious - Edit
Went here on a weekend afternoon for lunch and got a delicious buffalo-style sandwich with loads of sauce. The mock meat was nice and light and the burger was nicely garnished. Other sandwich options look interesting and a bit outside the norm for Dublin. Their doughnuts are tasty too. Seating is limited so better to take away if you have that option.

A tasty hidden gem - Edit
Tucked away in the back of the Moore Street shopping centre, the food was greasy and delicious. A welcome change to the usual vegan food on offer around Dublin. I had the Pepito baguette which was saucy and moorish and my boyfriend had the Buffallo Burger which was super delicious. Would recommend a stop in here if you're looking for some junk food. Staff were also really lovely

The location is maybe not the most inviting but the burgers (especially “chicken”) and subs are delicious, the sauces are excellent too. Quick and friendly service.

1A vegane Burger! - Edit
Top, top, top!

Not for us - Edit
People seem to love this place, but we didn't like it at all. Maybe part of our experience was just bad luck, but for example we didn't like the seating area available: high bar with high stools, which were very uncomfortable.
Read moreWe tried two burgers (the chicken and the beef), none was exceptionally tasty if I compare with other places we have been, and the texture of one was kinda bad. But the thing that we really didn't like at all were the fries, they were SO salty... like VERY salty. We love fries and normally we never leave them uneaten... but these were very hard to eat.
Also in the downside: only one napkin per person (you have to go and ask for more) even if the burgers were full of sauce, no ketchup/mayo was offered for the fries... although, who would add even more salty things to those ;p?
We doubt we will give this place a second chance, unless they change the seating area, to start...
Pros: None
Cons: Uncomfortable bar/stools as only option to seat, VERY salty fries, meh burgers

WOW! - Edit
Honestly some of the best food I have ever had. I don't crave food often, and don't even crave the foods I used to eat, but their Free the Chick burger was so tasty I had to go back only 4 days later for another one. Fantastic staff and good, 100% would recommend!

Top spots in Dublin - Edit
Delicious food. I brought non vegans here and it totally wowed them! The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. Highly recommend that if you’re in Dublin, make a stop here. There are bar stools - no table seating. It really is more of a pick and go or casual lunch spot.

Great food that looks and tastes great. And the fries had an option for cheese that melts which is amazing. It was really the real deal. Totally recommended place, although it's a bit hidden in the corner of an underground mall.

Great tasting all vegan fast food - Edit
Have visited Dublin 4 times this year and always make an effort to stop by here. Food is exceptionally tasting, very filling and great value for money (12 euro midweek meal deal for main, chips and drink). The tempeh-based "fish" dishes are definitely worth trying.
Read moreSometimes it's just really nice to stuff your face, sometimes messily, with fast food and this fits that bill perfectly.
Can be hard to find - entrances to the downstairs mall in Moore Street and Parnell Street, but well worth the effort.
Pros: All vegan, Great tasting

I love the staff here, they are super friendly. This place is close to work so great for a vegan cheat day.

Take A Veg is my favourite vegan fast food place in Dublin.
I would suggest to eventually relocate to a bigger space. I would maybe suggest offering vegan smoothies and some other drink options.
Pros: Excellent food, 100% Vegan, Very friendly staff
Cons: Limited seating area, Needs more drink options, Haven’t offered desserts in quite some time.
