Today is Tabay’s 19th Birthday and they had the food truck area decorated and playing really good music! The food is amazing - again! This time I got the Persian Wrap and house made chili and they were delicious and flavorful! This food truck is my new favorite place to eat. Tabay and his mom, Sahel are two of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Highly recommend, even if you’re not vegan, you’ll love the food!

We got the f'sh tacos, the Human Style fries, Persian fries, and a watermelon pineapple drink. Everything blew us away, we couldn't believe it was all plant-based. The best vegan food we had in Maui! The prices are very steep but everything was delicious and the people were so friendly.

Best food I ate on Maui! - Edit
I stopped by twice, both on my way in and out of Maui. Both meals I had were top tier, genuinely the best food I ate while on the island. My favorite two items were the Nachos and the Onion Rings. I also tried the Buffalo Chik’n Sandwich and the French Fries, both of which I would also absolutely recommend. The staff was also very friendly and I will absolutely be back next time I’m in the area.

All I can say is… I can’t wait to go back! We ordered the Steakhouse Burger and it was absolutely incredible! I have tried so many plant based burgers over the years and this was superior! The brioche bun was super fresh, burger was juicy and the flavors from the bleu cheese and grilled onion made this the perfect combination of flavors! They have so many options on their menu…the hardest part will be choosing something else! Comfort food at its best and genuine kindness from Tabay’s and Ohana. You can tell they are passionate about what they do! Welcome to Maui…we are happy to have you!

Persian Kabob Burger on brioche bun was out of this world delicious! And secret Persian sauce was an excellent signature making it the best burger I’ve ever had 🙌🏽🍔🌱 Curly fries was a great combination and such clean quality taste. Meeting Tabay and his mom was such a delight as they are wonderful people 💚✌🏽

I had been looking for new vegan food choices in my area and was very pleasantly surprised to hear about Tabay and family opening up right here in town. Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming, service far above expectation, and the food is delicious. The menu has some familiar flavors and favorites, even modified as I'm unfortunately extremely picky, but also whole food and very unique options that broaden the menu for many taste preferences. You can even order online so there's little to no wait. I've stopped by a few times already, and will definitely be back.

Attended the grand opening. Service was slow, as expected - no issues. But they were out of many menu items very early in the day.
Read moreMy issue is that this business is labeled as vegan when they clearly serve the impossible burger and just egg. Both of which were tested on animals, which isn’t vegan.
Please learn about this atrocity, and change your menu. I heard the house made burger was delicious, use that instead! Please evolve for the animals sake.
The cheese fries were simply a slice of cheese with some sauce and grilled onions, not very impressive.
