Great Workshop, great guy!

Surdham's all vegan kitchen is located inside an industrial building - he's hosting cooking classes, dinners etc. there. I went for a one-day beer brewing course and it was fantastic! He and his brewing buddy Gerald of Handkatzn Bräu gave us a lovely and warm welcome, Surdham had prepared some really good snacks (even fully selfmade Brezels!) and then we learned how to make our own beer in two different ways (and had the great opportunity to taste some of the creative beers day had made before!). He's offering different classes - I can only recommend you to join one!
