The best vegan food in Los Cabos! - Edit
Selva is the sister restaurant to Tropical Kitchen. The tacos are amazing and left me feeling satisfied and happy. Not only is the food great but the owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. You must eat here if you are vegan! We had the chorizo, pulled pork and mushroom fajitas tacos. The hibiscus pastor is also yum!

We came here for lunch. The owners are super nice and I love that it is all plant based. They bring out samplers of the salsas which was nice.
Read moreBut otherwise, the food was only so-so. My salad topped with shredded mushrooms had no dressing and the mushrooms were so spicy I couldn’t eat them. My husband had the Reggae Burrito and was unimpressed. We were also given the wrong drinks but didn’t complain about it.
The space is nice and a local young lady was singing karaoke which felt like a show rather than background music.
The most disappointing part was that the toilet had no water to flush and the sink had a water jug to wash your hands, which makes me super concerned about how well the lettuce in my salad was washed.

Everything is tasty, copious and very beautifully presented.

Very delicious tacos in an inviting space. The owner is very passionate about the restaurant and the food. He let us sample an in-house hibiscus that was fantastic. I ordered multiple tacos and my favorites were probably the chorizo and hibiscus tacos. I would love to return here again.

We stayed in Cabo for five days and had lunch at Selva twice. The food quality and service is excellent. Tried the Reggae Burrito the second time (plus more tacos) - fresh and delicious. Per the owner, Selva opens at 8:30 every day and closes at 9:00 p.m. but reservations are required after 4:00. It is worth the short walk from the marina to escape the overpriced and lower quality food that traps all the tourists. #Veganuary

Read moreThere were 5 vegan toppings to choose from. We especially recommend the jamaica "al pastor". It was sweet and spicy. The nopales were harvested from the garden upon order.
The drinks were all refreshing without being overly sweet.
The restaurant is family-ran. The husband is the server (super friendly), and the wife is the amazing chef.

I was in Cabo for exactly one day so I had to stop here. The Venue was quite spacious inside and had a rainforest birds theme. The Owners were very friendly & helpful. They also speak english which I'm sure will help many of you, although I myself am fluent in Spanish.
Read moreThe menu was 100% vegetarian and mostly vegan. So make sure to ask in case you are Dairy & egg free. The food was as pretty as it was delicious. It was really hard to choose just one meal, but I went with the Green Chilaquiles and Blueberry smoothie. Everything hit the spot as it should.
I really wish I had more time to enjoy this spot as well as the other spots cabo has to offer. But this place was definitely worth it.

What a great vegan gem. Delicious!! The owner happened to be there and she is the such a lovely person. We went back twice, couldn't resist!! We are from Calgary and she has family there and had lived there for 6 months. Had a chat about how cold it is!! LOL. Don't miss out on Selva Taqueria, vegan or not.

Favorite tacos in Los Cabos - Edit
We really enjoyed the tacos here, and found them to be our favorite during our week visit up Los Cabos. We especially enjoyed the Pulpo and Chorizo tacos. The cook was also very friendly.

The best tacos I have ever eaten!! Sister restaurant to Tropical Kitchen Cafe. Traditional Taqueria but all vegan! The hibiscus flower pastor (jamaica) is the house specialty and the nopales (cactus) are also amazing!! Such a cute place with a traditional taco bar set up. There are no menus, only 5 tacos to choose from, but they are all amazing - you should definitely try the hibiscus!! The owners are passionate about environmental conservation, community outreach, and rescuing street dogs! Please support this local gem!

They have 5 different tacos and they are all amazing. Seriously delicious. Small establishment with one small table inside and about 8 chairs in bar style seating at the open air opening to the restaurant. If you are in the mood for street style vegan tacos, this is a must stop!
