I do not reccomend the pizza, though, the crust is super hard to slice and it's difficult to eat it.

During my one month stay in Santiago I ate here often, it was my very favorite restaurant in Chile which happens to be in my favourite part of Santiago Barrio Italia. The food was both healthy & tasty, no vegan junk food here. The dishes I preferred were the burrito, the burgers, the bowls, & the weekend brunch. The staff was very friendly & the service was great, the food heavenly! Thank you Sapiens!

Read moreEl menú es súper variado y para distintos tipos de ocasiones (desayuno, brunch, almuerzo, té). Personalmente me gustaría destacar las pizzas que son realmente exquisitas.
Además, y para quienes estén de paso por Santiago, está ubicado en un barrio muy bonito para caminar.
Cuando se lo he recomendado a mis amigos siempre he quedado bien, así que hago lo mismo con ustedes: vayan!!

Llegue a Sapiens por recomendación de unos amigos y la verdad es que fue toda una experiencia, empezando por la calidez con la que atienden los meseros. Sus mismos dueños se encargan de estar en el comedor preocupados de que todo ande a la perfección. El tiempo de espera de la comida fue muy breve teniendo en cuenta que había una gran demanda tanto en el local en si, como de pedidos para delivery. La comida estaba exquisita, muy bien presentada y todo era notoriamente fresco . El personal del salón estuvo todo el tiempo atento de que todo ande impecable. Una verdadera experiencia y sin lugar a dudas volveré pronto

Sapiens se destaca por sus grandes platos y sabores complementados. Me sorprende el gran campo de comida que existe en el mundo vegano. Este restaurante me logro mostrar todo este mundo y grandes razones que me inspiran a seguir. Lo recomiendo al 100% y no solo para comer rico, sino que para aprender y poder generar conciencia sobre el impacto ambiental. Realmente es una linda experiencia y un muy buen local. Awesome place to go for eat with family or friends. The location is pretty good there in barrio Italia. The menu is fantastic in my opinion, they really put their minds on it, excellent balance between healthy and delicious food. They pay attention to every single detail and give you a great experience. 10 points for the staff and restaurant. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, no matter if is vegan or vegetarian, the food is just amazing.

This is a hidden gem in Barrio Italia and definitely worth of visit. The restaurant is beautiful and they have nice patio outside. All the staff are super friendly and they really know everything about the food that they serve. The flavors are amazing and the whole concept is well thought. All the meals and desserts you can eat here are healthy, ecological and completely vegan. I have always left this restaurant full. Sometimes I have problems to find vegan food where they don't use mushrooms as I'm not a big fan of them, but in Sapiens they have something for everyone and also our meatlover friends have enjoyed this place a lot. Go there to have a great meal or just order to home or office with ubereats. I just love it, do not miss it if you're in Santiago.

One of my favourite restaurant in Santiago - Edit
Sapiens is located in one of the nicest neighbourhood of Santiago. The restaurant itself is spacious, luminous and comfortable. The staff is super kind and passionate about their cuisine and vegan values attached to it. It was a great experience to meet them and try their cuisine. The menu is diverse, creative and healthy. We can see they care about quality and service in every details. We have tried the green smoothie, the sweet potatoes fries, the vegan pizza and Buddha balls and everything was so savoury, fresh and pretty! I could only recommend trying Sapiens and going back everyday! Vegan or not I promise you, you will love it and be positively surprised..

Fuimos a probar los burritos y estaban muy buenos. Pedimos el de lentejas y el de porotos negros, son ideales para compartir porque vienen dos trozos, nosotros los intercambiamos para comer de los dos. Los postres son buenos, pero no increíbles. Creo que su fuerte está en las preparaciones saladas. El lugar acogedor y la atención buena.

Fui a visitar Sapiens por recomendación de una amiga y la verdad es que nunca pensé que en Chile existiera un restaurant tan lindo, enfocado en la nutrición saludable (el único en Santiago que sigue los principios de la dieta Plant Based al pie de la letra) y con un servicio tan amigable.
