We order from here every time we're in Colorado Springs, and they get our order right about half the time. Today, I ordered (for delivery) seasoned tater tots, BBQ chicken stripe, and a rice crispy treat. The menu says you get 7 strips. I got 5, and it was $10.49! They sent a donut instead of the rice crispy treat. The food is always good but is or miss if you'll get what you ordered. It's quite frustrating since Colorado Springs doesn't have many vegan options.

Spent $13 on 4 tacos that had nothing in them other than a sprinkle of vegan steak. Nothing else?!

They could have spent another $1 to put some onions, cilantro, and maybe pico (they did NOT include any of these).
I'm so enraged!
Update: instead of the proprietor making it right, and fessing up to their mistake. They instead try to gaslight me into believing that there were onions and cilantro in it?!
I will not walk in there again!
Such a shame. It was a vegan place I was excited to support.

Had the meatball mozzarella with fries and bacon breakfast burrito. Food was decent tasting, huge proportion for the fries and burrito, meatball sub was small. It’s a quick easy vegan option if needed.

The food here was the best!! It was classic fast food which was fun to have vegan. The chili cheese dog, deluxe chicken sandwich, and deluxe hamburger were so great. I also enjoyed the seasoned fries and the strawberry milkshake was amazing. I can't say enough good things - definitely would highly recommend!!

Upscale fast food, huge menu (including breakfast all day) and great flavors. It wasn't cheap ($10 for a shake), but the portions were good sizes. We split chili cheese fries and couldn't finish them. The left overs were a full portion by themselves.

If you want greasy, vegan fast food, this is a great place! I try to eat healthy , but decided to check out the vegan crispy chik’n sandwich and it was so yummy! My kids loved the hot dogs.

Very nice to have a vegan drive through option. However, there is nothing different about their food than cooking at home so coming here comes down to convenience for me. A burger with no side or drink is $9-$10. You can buy a four pack of the same burgers at the grocery with a few fixins for that price and have four burgers instead of one. So for me this is only a place to come if I’ve not got time to cook or just am being lazy — which I suppose is the purpose of fast food. But it is not a place to come for the atmosphere nor for food that is prepared so deliciously that you cannot recreate it at home. That is usually the reason I prefer to dine out, to experience new flavors that I couldn’t or wouldn’t easily recreate at home or for the ambiance, if which this place doesn’t have either. Coming from being 10 years vegan in Orange County California there are definitely vegan burger joints there that do deliver on both killer atmosphere and food concoctions that absolutely knock it out of the park, but this isn’t really that type of place. It’s more like a meat eaters home town basic burger place. But don’t get me wrong, the food is okay and I am happy to have the option, it just not something I’d go out of my way for, only if I happen to be passing by.

I love the fact that it’s all vegan, but they are horribly overpriced. I attribute it to the fact that they think they can charge more just because they label it vegan. I am VEGAN, bug I could buy the ingredients for instance for the meatball sub. It’s literally gardein meatballs, canned sauce, daiya, and a 4 or 5 inch hoagie roll. They charge $10 for it and you could buy full size bags of the ingredients for less than $10 and make 6 subs for the price they charge at Santanas. The Fries are $5 for a large order and the fries are literally shoestring fries. I recommend this place because it’s ALL VEGAN, but they need to seriously rethink their prices to bring more people into eating vegan. NOT overcharging because of a label. I’ve been to many fast food vegan places with higher quality food that charges less than Santana’s

Working in a restaurant myself, a lot of ingredients have skyrocketed in price. Unfortunately that’s just how it is right now. I hate that prices are high but that’s the unfortunate thing about going out to eat right now. Food is high. Labor is high. Bills are high. You gotta pay em somehow. I get it, but that’s just how things are. They could go out of business instead

We had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger, Buffalo and ranch chicken sandwich, chicken strips, and seasoned fries. All were excellent. If I lived nearby, I would visit frequently.

Went there twice. Picked up a breakfast burrito to go the first time and ate in the next with a burger and fries. While it is nice that you can get a vegan breakfast, which is a rarity in the vegan restaurant universe, it was just ok. The burger and fries the next time was a little less than mediocre. It is super filling which I guess is the biggest plus, it mimicks a carnivore gut bomb pretty accurately.

This place is amazing. Ate on the patio with our dogs. The food was delicious! We all devoured our food and our food allergic kid who is always (understandably) hesitate trying new places, loved it so much she got a takeaway order for the road. If you are anywhere near Colorado Springs, do not miss out!!!

The vibe is kinda glum in here, like a diner from the Fallout video games. The food is just store-bought stuff (Beyond, Lightlife, etc.) assembled together. I can do that myself in my own kitchen. Everything was really greasy and left me feeling like dookie. Meh.
