Good pizza, horrible place to work for. They take in happy and bright women as employees and drive away their confidence and self worth with passive aggressive silence. They don’t train anyone, don’t correct new employees when they do something wrong and talk [censored] behind their backs with the other employees. If they talk to you about anything, they don’t ask you to do it, with any niceties, they tell you what they would like is for you to do it. For instance, I was not asked if I could chat the owner on the phone, I was told that he would like to speak to me on the phone.

They do not ask customers their names even and just type in NN or JH, random letters in the system for orders. They do not take delivery orders over the phone because they they don’t want to have to answer the phone when they’re busy, and just tell everyone to order online.

They also throw away their extra food at the end of the night instead of finding a shelter to donate to, where they could write off 2x their food costs on taxes and help people. The place is freezing cold, like actually 55 degrees at times inside in the winter and is sweaty hot in the summer because the ventilation hood they have is too powerful for the building and there is no way to turn the fan down.
