This place is super overhyped in the other reviews and the pictures on their website make it look much better than it actually is. I got the sushi, so maybe the ramen is better. It was honestly the most blah vegan sushi I’ve ever had.

Amazing vegan ramen in DTLA! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles had the perfect texture. I tried the yuzu sesame ramen and loved the creamy base with a hint of citrus. The roasted miso avocado roll was also delicious. Great vibe, friendly staff, and open late — definitely coming back!

Thrillingly delicious ramen in a small storefront downtown. We may have paid more for parking compared to our extremely reasonably priced meal.

We live out in Orange County, but we definitely plan to be back. Soon!

Redwhite has really unique (for vegans) ramen options as well as Mac and cheese- the perfect combination IMO. I had the yuzu sesame and it was so good. I loved the spicy Mac and cheese too. I will definitely be back to try their sushi 😍

I’ve been a fan of Redwhite for over 6 years now, even before they started serving only ramen when they served bowls at the OG location in Boston. This was my first time at the California location, and it was awesome. You’re guaranteed a super flavorful vegan ramen that will fill you and satisfy you. The broths are so good, but my favorite is the yuzu. No matter which broth you choose, the toppings are the same. The rolls are also really good, and my favorite is the spicy miso. If you want gluten free noodles instead of wheat, the rice noodles they use are fantastic as well.

Read moreGot the No. 5 yuzu sesame ramen. I found it really enjoyable. The yuzu was mild and hit more towards the end. The broth was more creamy which I really liked and the rest of the veggies infused well with the tofu and noodles.
Also great that this place closes at 1/a.m. when many other places close much earlier.

I liked the presentation of the ramen. They serve it up with some smoke for dramatic effect, but taste wise I found it to be lacking. It felt like it was missing something. I tried the yuzu sesame ramen and found it pretty odd. The citrusy flavor is just unusual in ramen. I also had the roasted avocado roll; it was really smooth, but like the ramen felt like it was missing some flavor and was overly salty.

I like the valley location so I was excited to stop by after a rally downtown. However, there was a paper sign on the door that read "open from 5pm." Not sure if this is an overall opening hours change or just a one-time occurrence but FYI, hours may be inconsistent.

The Ramen was soooo yummy, I wished I lived closer. I would eat here weekly. I had the garlic miso ramen and the spicy one, both were delicious. I tried their spicy Mac n cheese too and it was really good.
