Pretty sure they are using ghee in their food but there's a bit of a language barrier for some staff so it's hard to check. There are some tasty menu items but as I sampled them I realised the richness would have come from ghee.
All the desserts would have milk and prob ghee.
They may have some dahl and a vegan curry option that doesn't have paneer but check if it's cooked in ghee first.
It's very cheap though so if you are veg not vegan then it's a great option.
