On our 1,5 day stay in Maastricht we went to Preps twice for lunch with two friends - one lactose and gluten intolerant and one a regular omnivore. And we were all happy with the food, relaxed atmosphere and super friendly service! Thank you Preps! :)

Ik had graag 5 sterren gegeven. Veel vegan en glutenvrije opties, goede prijzen en bijzonder vriendelijke bediening. Ze hebben ook veel vegan taarten en vegan lattes, en ook de inrichting is erg leuk. En het zit lekker in het centrum, ook dat is een pluspunt.

A trendy health food cafe which makes you feel entirely guilt-free about eating pancake stacks. The pancakes were very tasty - a little on the pricey side, but I did suitably filling. Very vegan friendly with almost every option being vegan if requested and a lovely riverfront view outside.

Just started but definitely worth trying. Cosy place. Also to to study or work. Spacious. Everything fresh made, juices, bread, even the peanutbutter. No vegan veg marked on the menu yet, but most is vegetarian and some vegan. A place to keep in mind when you're in the centre of maastricht! Will visit again.

We had a delicious vegan high tea with wonderful, all homemade, food. Delicious breads, lovely cupcakes, excellent, super fluffy apple cake and an awesome chocolate cake from avocado!
The restaurant is cosy with great furniture.
Place is easy to find and looks like a winner. Reservations are recommended.
