Good food, slow service

They have a lot of vegan options and the food is good. They did pack the restaurants with a lot of tables, resulting in sitting very close to other guests and slow service (probably understaffed). Staff is very friendly tho! Also if you can't handle loud noice than maybe skip this one on a friday evening.

Pros: Delicious food, Friendly staff, Enough vegan options

Cons: Very loud noice, Sitting way to close to other guests, Slow service

Positive surprise

Thought upfront that since it is a chain, it probably would be vegan but that would be it. We had a few choices but more importantly, we had very tasteful meals! Pricing is high end, but portions and again tasting was real good.

Pros: Tastes terrific , Nice decor, Enough options

Cons: Prices could and should not be as high

Flavourful food

Great tasting food, lovely atmosphere. Veggie/vegan options clearly marked on the menu, although I was unsure about the sour cream served on the pico de gallo on the side of my vegan fajitas. To be on the safe side I didnt eat this so perhaps if vegan just order without the sour cream. The sweet potato fries, as a side, were some of the best we've ever had.

Pros: Friendly staff, Great tasting food

Good vegan option to have

We asked for the vegan menu, but they no longer had a separate card for this. But vegetarian and vegan options are clearly marked on the menu, so this was not a problem to us. Vegan starters included avocado fingers, corn bread with guacamole, and vegan quesadillas. Vegan mains: a customisable salad bowl, burritos, enchiladas, and fajitas. Vegetarians also had the option to order a burger. There was also a selection of vegan side dishes available, such as (sweet potato) fries, nachos, a side salad, etc. They also had two vegan desserts: a brownie served with ice cream, and churros.

We let the waiter know at the start of our order that we wanted everything to be vegan. This is important, because sometimes they also have non-vegan versions of a dish and if you don't specifically mention it, you could end up getting non-vegan cheese or mayo. We had ordered sweet potato fries, but the waiter misheard us and we ended up getting regular fries.

All the food we ordered was nice, but nothing really stood out for us. The burrito was served with mexican rice and a bit of guacamole, and this didn't feel complete to us. We really missed some fresh and light flavours on our plate, so if we could go back in time we would have ordered a side salad instead of fries. But all in all it was a pleasant restaurant experience.

Pros: Very atmospheric restaurant, Vegan cheese and mayo available

Great vegan Mexican options

Almost everything was available as a vegan option (nachos, burrito, enchiladas etc.). The options were clearly marked on the menu.
I had the vegan vegetable enchiladas and must say that they were very good! Baked with vegan cheese on top and served with guacamole and a huge portion of rice and beans - I couldn’t possibly have asked for more and was super full afterwards.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Friendly and nice place , Normal prices

Proper good Mexican food

This colourful Mexican restaurant has quite the choice for vegans to have a decent three course meal where you can make it as cheap or expensive as you want.

As an appetiser, I was served homemade nacho chips with a fresh tomato salsa. Still warm from the oven and importantly; not salted!

Torta de queso. Cornbread with vegan cheese, guacamole and pickled red onions. A combination of sweet, sour and creaminess.
€6,00

Combinación Popocatepetl as main course: enchilada, taco and quesadilla, rice, black beans and salad, served with a spicy salsa verde.
€23,00

Sweet Potato Fries with Chipotle Mayo with a great smoky and spicy flavour.
€4

Piña Colada: Malibu rum, pineapple and coconut milk.
€8

Churros with cinnamon sugar and caramel syrup. Beautifully shaped, with sweet strawberries to boot!
€7

I really liked the fact they only used a vegan cheese as substitute and made all the fillings from normal vegetables with baby corn, eggplant, onion and beans as the main ingredients. Good presentation, nice staff and decent prices, and if you can't finish your meal for whatever reason, they offer doggy bags too.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Take out/doggie bag, No extra price for almond milk

Food was okay but small portions

Most of the vegan food I ordered tasted pretty good but the portions are very small for the price. I'm a pretty big eater but for 30 euros of food I left the restaurant feeling somewhat hungry.

As for the dishes; I ordered the nachos, oat pancakes, quesadillas and soft tacos with vegan chicken (shared the first 3 dishes). The nachos were a little disappointing because it had very little vegan cheese on it. The oatpancakes tasted very nice but I found them a big expensive (6 very small pancakes for €6 or something) and the quesadilla had real cheese instead of vegan cheese. Also they mixed the vegan chicken on the soft tacos up with jackfruit.

Enfin; it's great to have more vegan options in Breda, and the taste was pretty good. But if you're a big eater maybe it's a good idea to eat something beforehand.

Pros: Vegan menu, Tasty dishes

Cons: Small portions, Expensive

Great place for mexican food!

I only went here once so far. But it was a good experience! Lots of vegan options. I went here with some non vegan friends, and I hope to come back again soon! The food was really good. And not too expensive.

Pros: A whole vegan menu to choose from!

Cons: None so far

Nice and cozy place with tasty meals

This place has a vegan menu with very tasy meals. The oats-onion-mint pancakes are a delicious starter that I would recommend. I had nachos as a main course and my boyfriend had the enchiladas. We found all dishes to be very delicious, but just one starter and one main course for each of us wasn't very filling. We plan on ordering an extra main course dish to share next time to compensate. All in all I would highly recommend this place!

Pros: Very tasty meals, Colorful place with a cozy vibe, Friendly staff

Cons: One starter and one main course isn't very filling

A whole vegan menu!

I was very surprised to see that they have a whole vegan menu with vegan versions of their different entrees and mains. They have vegan cheese on nachos and quesadillas, vegan mayo, everything you love in the Mexican cuisine but then vegan. 😍 Great place to go with non-vegan friends who insist on meat/cheese/etc.

Pros: Whole vegan menu, small nachos&salsa on the house

Cons: The drinks are a bit on the expensive side.
