Overpriced and unfriendly staff

Seriously $24 for a meal plus an extra $6 if you want to add jackfruit. $30 for a breakfast meal is a bit rich. Most of the diners were eating sandwiches because it was the only cheap option. Weren’t flexible with modifications. Abrupt interactions with staff. Wouldn’t go back. 3 stars for having numerous clearly marked vegan options though.

Lots of vegan options

Ordered a vegan tofu toastie, vegan bean pie and a raspberry cheesecake. Was hesitant to come here based on previous reviews but lots of vegan options and staff were helpful. Also vegan cookies and a peanut butter hemp slice a vegan granola bar on the menu

So so....

Asked if they had any vegan options as couldn’t see any on wall menu (no menus handed out to save paper) Was suggested the jackfruit toastie which was tasty but lacking filling and certain it was spread with butter on the outside before toasting. Would rush back.

Pros: Trendy vibe

Cons: Very limited vegan options / wouldn’t rush back, Food needs to match trendy decor/vibe, Obviously caters to regular omnivore locals
