False advertising, not all vegan.
Not all vegan, false advertising. People will get sick and mad.

Did you have any proof or experience first hand regarding this matter? Someone’s business being affected through false allegations

I went in thinking they were vegan and asked them if the whole menu was plant-based and they said "yes". However reading closer, they serve bread with eggs. When I brought this up very explicitly told me that they do not consider plant-based to mean vegan. In their minds offering eggs is ok, does not conflict with their business and in their mind is considered "plant-based". Its so disappointing to have a restaurant blatantly misrepresent what they are doing. It really seems like they are just trying to hope on the bandwagon of the lucrative plant-based trend which is unfortunate since that undermines what plant-based really means which is no animal products.
I spoke to two different people including a manager and both were very aggressive in defending their stance that serving eggs is plant-based.
I regret that I even ordered an acai bowl while I was there, I wish I wouldn't have given them my support. Anyways, the bowl was very odd in that it was somehow frozen solid...I guess they preblend and refreeze in advance?

They advertise as full vegan, but some items contain milk and eggs! This information was provided by an employee. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!

Did this employee provide any proof or you just blindly believe what they said. How do you know if this someone really is the employee that works there. You should contact the restaurant direct, analyze things before making such accusations.
