He used social media to build the company & gain the trust of his 1st investors
Alberto Olivieri who helped set up and run Picky wops using his own savings.

Cristiano removed Alberto from the company keeping his money & moving on to his next person.

The 1st Tax year 2018 , Cristiano didn't pay any Tax so decided to close the company to avoid paying tax & reopened as PWP LONDON LTD company house number (11816060)

Opening the new company meant that he also didn't need to pay his investors back the 100k he had taken from the people who invested into his old company also the 8 staff members he had or the rent he had on the 2 locations he had running in Peckham and Fulham.

Cristiano also opened a 3rd company in 2019 under the name BEL TRIO LIMITED
Company house number 12142919, this was not to do with picky wops and was used as a way to hid TAX.

Cristiano, Was still ok to go on social media platforms and set up go fund me accounts all while not paying his staff or offering them little to nothing pay by telling them they are saving the world with there food.

One of his ex chefs that we interviewed was paid just under £5 an hour!! thats well below Uk minimum wage.

With multiple investors, staff & inland revenue asking for there money that he owned, Cristiano again closed the old companies down & opened PICKY PIZZA LIMITED
Company house number 12290818.

This again meant that the people he owned money to could not take him to count as he filed the company as bankrupt! This time he got away with just over 150k of other people's invested money.

In 2020 inland revenue closed down PICKY PIZZA LIMITED
Company house number 12290818. due to again poor running of the company i.e no tax paid or staff wages, picky wops owned landlords and Investors just over 280k to date.

Cristiano has been banned from owning a company in the UK for the next 10 years.
Yes the pizza maybe good , but the way Cristiano has treated business people in the past is out of order. He doesn't own the name Picky wops any more and isn't allowed to use it as a trading name.
yet still does.
There are many other amazing vegan business out there that pay tax & look after there staff.
Support them & don't give a penny to lying cheats like Cristiano
