A healthy choice! - Edit
A cute restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The noodle soup and spring rolls were tasty, and the stir-fry tofu was a good size and texture. Lots of vegetables in the dishes and the food unspiced so you can add the spice you want.

Plenty of Vegan Options! - Edit
Vietnamese cuisine is one of my favorites and if I could eat it everyday, I would. A lot of options are gluten free already.
Read morePHO CHAY (veggie pho )
has a lot of flavor, they use their veggie stock by boiling vegetables and a mushroom mix for hours— maybe over night if I’m correct. You can add steamed/fried tofu or just add extra vegetables! I sometimes request both tofu’s for texture. It comes with rice noodles or you can upgrade to fresh in house noodles that are the thickness of real authentic pho noodles.
If you like spicy, I totally recommend having a side of saté (chili oil) or their crushed Thai chili.
My all time favorite authentic dish is:
BANH XEO CHAY( veggie crepe)
It’s a crepe made out of rice flour, turmeric and sesame oil, the inside had bean sprouts, green onions and fried tofu. You eat this wrap style with some romaine lettuce and mint and dip it on their veggie sauce ( I like spicy so I add Thai chili and garlic to the dipping sauce, resembling their secret ”fish sauce jungle sauce”)
CHA GIO CHAY (veggie eggrolls)
These eggrolls have taro and diaconate that gives it its “meaty” texture, don’t forget to wrap it with the romaine lettuce and mint. These eggrollls come paired with their veggie sauce a replacer for fish sauce.
PHO AP CHAO (pan fried noodle stir fry)
These are rice noodle pan fried noodles on sesame oil that is crispy to perfection, they top it with a stir fry of broccoli, bokchoy, carrots fried tofu and veggie gravy.
Lemon Grass tofu with garlic
Okay okay so this is a hidden menu item and it’s a replaced for the chicken lemon grass wings. They fry the tofu in a garlic powder, fry it with lemon grass and garlic. They butter it (veggie butter), and it comes paired with a lemon salt and pepper sauce. A must have!!!!
Pros: All the menu can be veganized , Authentic Vietnamese dishes

Best Vietnamese food I've had outside Vietnam - Edit
Stunningly good, haven't had Vietnamese food this good since visiting Saigon before I was vegan! House-made passion fruit soda, tofu banh mi with incredibly fresh bread, tofu bun all brilliant. Really appreciated that the staff knew what vegan meant too.
