Six vegan scoop options

This is an enthusiastically run ice cream shop. The employee was kind and hard working. We tried four of the six vegan options that we were available. The flavors were unusual, and went beyond just vanilla or chocolate. The ice cream was not rich or full-flavored; it was less creamy and lighter tasting. The consistency was firm and dense.
