Tasty and relatively healthy option, but only one vegan dish

They only have one designated vegan dish on their menu, the veggie rice bowl, but I enjoyed it and thought it was tasty. This bowl is probably among the healthiest counter-service vegan meals available in Magic Kingdom, since a lot of the others are things like burgers, so it's nice to have this option! This is the description on the menu of the bowl: "Veggie Rice Bowl - Cilantro Rice topped with Grilled Peppers and Onions, Pinto Beans, Lettuce, Tomato, and Salsa". There's plenty of seating available.

Pros: Healthier than most park options

Cons: Only one designated vegan option on menu

Hmmm

So not sure if this place has changed since Covid but I didn't see as many vegan options on the menu as some other reviews have said. They only seemed to have a veggie bowl and black beans which were decent but not too flavorful.

Burger, rice bowl and add your own toppings

It was great to see fast food places in Disney offering vegan options. The best bit was the salad bar where you could add various salads, sweet corn, salsa and sauces to your plate

Vegan cheese

I did a lot of research before coming to Disney and the vegan southwest burger from here was a must try! It was a beyond burger that came with vegan jack cheese and I got tortilla chips on the side. There was a toppings bar as well.

VEGAN CHEESE!

Finally a Disney veggie burger with vegan cheese! The Plant Based Southwest Cheeseburger here is made with a Beyond Burger, Follow Your Heart jalapeño jack cheese, and vegan avocado aioli on a vegan bun (not all Disney burger buns are vegan), and a side of chips. There’s a toppings bar with lots of options to top your burger with also. This isn’t my absolute favorite burger on Disney property but the fact that it has vegan cheese on it is amazing!! So hard to find! It tasted great and I would absolutely get this again. There are a few different vegan options that you can get here other than the burger too. If you’re in Magic Kingdom, you’re going to want to stop by.
