We had a ‘grandé poutine’ & slice of cake. Cake was a little dry, but good. The poutine has sweet potato fries and I believe tofu cheese. Not bad. Nothing special.

Good spot for a quick healthy lunch. The falafels are fantastic, probably one of the best in the city. I was disappointed with the poutine, the sweet potato fries in the poutine didn’t work in my opinion and the vegan cheese tasted like soft tofu, however the sauce was tasty.

Favourite lunch spot in Montreal - Edit
We visited in August 2021. We had a lot of great vegan meals in Montreal, and this was our favourite place. The reason was that we could get something delicious and filling for a reasonable price, but not too filling that we didn't want to eat dinner!

The food was good. It's feels healthy. I would just say that the bowls felt a bit too healthy. I would have liked a bit more savor, more sauce or something like that. I also had the poutine. The vegan cheese and the sauce was good.
Read moreI think the best thing about this restaurant for an environmental vegan like me is that it tries to minimize their environmental footprint and they encourage their clients to do the same. They offer a reduction of the price of the food if you bring your own cutlery/tableware.

For me, La Panthère Verte is the best vegetarian/vegan chain there is in Montreal. Their sandwiches and salads are very tasty. And don't get me started on their sauces!

Read moreA thought though: same ingredients are used for sandwiches/salads. We went two times in a row but the same flavors . First Time we took bowls , second we took sandwiches and side salad but ingrédients are used in too much of the dishes.
First time was amazing and btw , best brownie in town.

Decent vegan sandwiches and terrific tiramisu cake - Edit
I've been there twice for lunch and had two different sandwiches (burger and pâté). Both sandwiches were fresh and good, not huge in terms of portion and not crazy in terms of taste but affordable. However, they offer a tiramisu cake that is amazing! Worth it just for it. The place is green, calm and pleasant. The menu is relatively limited but the place is good for a quick bite. The staff is friendly.
