Excellent burritos

The burritos are excellent -- better than Chipotle. Fresh-pressed tortillas make the difference. And I really like how they mix up all of the ingredients before they roll the burrito

Burritos can be made vegan with black beans, sauteed vegetables and, of course, no cheese. They also have salads, tacos and quesadillas.

A nice vegetarian/vegan option!

Tortillas are made with dairy and egg

Update: I learned after I ate here that the tortillas are made with both dairy and egg. Really nonsensical as most tortillas aren't, and it isn't needed to make a tortilla that is both cheap and delicious. You need to get a bowl if you eat here.

What I wrote originally:

I don't think the burrito that I had stood out against the others I can get around the twin cities. That said, it still tasted good. Tofurizo tasted similar to sofritas from Chipotle to me (had the same notes of chipotle peppers/adobo sauce). Portion size was average for that price of burrito.

Nothing I'm going out of my way for, but I'll gladly go back if I'm in the neighborhood. Good service. Ordered online and it was ready after about 10 minutes.
