Went for lunch on a Saturday, had an issue with my food, asked to speak to the manager and she didn't come out of the kitchen, as the young girl serving us said she was too busy. The trouble was that the place was about half full and they had four serving staff behind the counter. Problem with food being undercooked wasn't resolved!! So left it, paid and went. Won't be returning again, not sure why the Saturday Manager hid!! Poor attitude of staff, who thought it was funny!
