Delicious! - Edit
Tried 3 kinds of muffins and I liked the lemon poppy seed one the most. They seem to be offering different types every time, so it's nice to check their Instagram page for updates, including their monthly schedule.

Cozy little nook in the wall - Edit
The place is a bit difficult to find but if you wander around the area you can't miss it. The owner seems like a very lovely lady. She speaks some English. I tried the fig and black tea muffin with some barley coffee that's made in-house. The portions might look small, but they're dense muffins and quite satisfying. A bit on the expensive side, but very much worth it.

Cute little shop - Edit
If you don't have a GPS, it might be hard to find. However, the muffins are quite good, not too sweet and not at all overly decorated. When we came, there were four-five different kinds to choose from.

Pros: Tasty, Friendly staff
Cons: Small for the price

Great innovative muffins and nice owner - Edit
I recommend this lovely tiny shop which sells mainly muffins but also a few other cooked items (mainly bread, as I remember) and vegan products (such as soy meat), seasonings and vegetables. The muffins change according to the season, and are quite tasty, with tastes and combination of ingredients you would not have found anywhere else!

Beautiful atmosphere, lovely food - Edit
We came to Nabeyoko muffin thinking it meant New York style muffins but we were pleasantly surprised to see a more traditional Japanese style! We had the lemon poppy seed muffin, banana muffin, parfait, soy chai and coffee. The flavours aren’t strong or sweet – more subtle and organic tasting.
