Very very disappointed at the customer service. I tried their products at a market and was very excited to use them as a caterer for my wedding, especially as we have some vegan and gluten free guests. When I went to visit their store, I was told over 10 times to email the owner even though BOTH owners were there!!! When the owner did finally come to talk to me, she made a snark comment about people who organise their weddings in advance and I felt terrible for even asking! Nevertheless, I bought my fiancé and my friend some donuts from the store because I was still hopeful we could do some business with them but after being told another 5 times to email them instead of talking to them, the whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. They make beautiful products and I was really, really, really looking forward to using them to solely cater for the entire Dessert Bar for my wedding, but if they can't even give me a list of products and make excuses like, "oh no, the owner is not in the right headspace..", then I will find another business who is trustworthy and actually wants to take my money for the wedding!!!
