The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced… the bullying got so bad that on 11/08/23 I was told when I was trying to come shop there when I was less than 2 weeks postpartum that certain staff members “had guns ready for me” if I showed up there. They are the only ones in town who carry certain health products yet I’d choose S and S day over New Earth because certain staff members made me feel extremely unsafe.
