What a find in this little non-descript hole in a wall in downtown Flagstaff. We were pleasantly surprised by the offerings there and how delicious the food was, especially the tamales!

After days of making do while travelling Rt 66, this was a real treat. My husband had the breakfast burro and can’t stop raving about how good it is. I had the deluxe hemp burger and a salad and I am beyond happy we found this place!

Read moreFirst day, my people and I got the hemp burger, breakfast burrito, and tamale plate. Verdict is, they were all delicious. Mine wasn’t as filling as I’d like, but still I was quite hungry. The breakfast burrito was filling, I’m told. The next day, we tried 2 plates of the French toast(banana w/pecan, and berries) and I the biscuits and gravy.
Nothing was too flavorful, but it was perfect for me and my taste buds.
The service and kindness we recieved was great, as well.
I’ll definitely be back when I’m in this neck of the woods again.

I had the biscuits and gravy, which was wildly mediocre. You can taste the flour in it and not much else. Also they should change the name to biscuit and gravy bc you only get one and a small side of potatoes for $18.

As a vegan passing through Flagstaff, I couldn't not visit Morning Glory Cafe, a local vegan establishment which has been running since 1985! It will definitely remind you of the good ol' hippie granola days of veganism, in the best way possible. It's located in homey surrounds in Flagstaff's historic downtown. The staff are super friendly and will strike up conversation with you. The food is fresh and homemade, and the portion sizes are generous. I really enjoyed their breakfast burrito.

Loved the food and loved the staff. Food was perfectly fresh, everything was organic, and it tasted like eating at home. Recipes are made from scratch, and it tastes love. I recommend the hemp burger 🙌🙌

I wasn’t impressed. Had French toast that was a little burned and tasteless cut bagels.. I liked the cream (probably store bought) but wish they gave more berries with it. The servers were nice, but heard their gossip the whole time, which was annoying. Price didn’t justify the taste of food.

Passing through town and picked this place because it was vegan. Great selection and not foo-foo/exotic. Had the Potato and Sausage Breakfast Burrito. Not a cheese fan so sub’ed red enchilada sauce for the cashew cheese sauce. Excellent choice. Will stop here again when passing through.

We went there due to the good reviews and because it was the only vegan restaurant open on a Tuesday.

Overall I found it really pricey and the food didn't have a lot of taste. We had the veggie burrito which could have used more spices in my opinion and even though we specifically asked for no cilantro it tasted a little like there was still some cilantro hidden in there.
We also had the tempeh hemp burger which I personally liked better but it lacked a little bit of sauce.
Overall not a bad option but don't expect too much.
Still happy to find a nice vegan place in Flagstaff.
