I stopped in for a quick drink before my flight, which was departing from the gate right next to your restaurant. My mother, who has an injured knee and foot, was seated nearby, so I brought her a fork from your restaurant, only about 50 feet away.

Unfortunately, the host, a tall redhead, confronted me in an extremely aggressive manner, making a scene that felt entirely unwarranted. Her behavior was unnecessarily confrontational, and she seemed to be treating me as though I were attempting to steal something, which was far from the case. As a paying customer, I felt singled out and targeted, which was both shocking and upsetting.

While I understand the importance of security and maintaining order, I believe the host’s approach was completely out of line. If there had been any legitimate concern, the appropriate course of action would have been to contact security, not to physically and verbally escalate the situation herself. It’s one thing to be passionate about your job, but it’s another to overstep boundaries and create an uncomfortable, hostile environment for customers.

This experience was not only frustrating but also compounded my emotional distress, as I was already dealing with the challenges of my mother’s injury. I hope this feedback can help prevent similar situations in the future.
