We arrived and waited 10 mins to order even though there were only 4 people in there who had already ordered. We ordered to be told that most of the vegan options were not available. I understand it's Xmas and I'm ok with that but not after waiting for 10 mins, let us know before please. After ordering, the drinks came 5 mins later and then we waited over 45 mins for a sandwich and a burrito. There were only 2 of us so this is a bit unacceptable really. On paying I had to ask how much my items cost as they were not displayed anywhere!! This really is not on. My burrito at £4.50 had jumped to £6.50 as it contained 2 items! This is not made known at the time of ordering or even on any pricelists. Another couple came in sat for 15 mins then went to order before being told, "we stop food at 2pm so you can't order", it was 1.45pm! I assume they were unable to make a sandwich within 15 mins judging by our miserable 1 hour and 15 min experience. You can make excuses for food availability if you like but there is no excuse about poor service and lack of information and pricing. My partner managed to hold down the burrito for a full 40 mins before promptly bringing it back up again. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had the displeasure to be part of!
