C'est le genre d'endroit charismatique, avec une identité, où l'on se sent bien dès qu'on franchit la porte d'entrée. Et qu'est-ce que c'est bon ce qu'on peut y manger et boire ! Allez-y les yeux fermés.

L'instant is a gorgeous place for tea, coffee, cake, and a sandwich. There's a huge variety of teas and a good selection of coffee too. The vegan sandwich on offer was very tasty and healthy, packed full of vegetables, hummus and (my favourite) pickled red onions. All the cakes on display looked delicious and the cheesecake I had was perfect. There is also the possibility of buying local crafts and art, which adds to the feel of the cafe. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

Had some lovely sweet treats! I especially loved the peanut and chocolate cookie! Service was a little slow, but they’d just opened. The hot chocolate wasn’t my favourite, but the pastries made up for it! Would really like to go back some day.

L'accueil est très sympathique et chaleureux. Mais surtout les pâtisseries sont excellentes. C'est les meilleures qu'on ai mangé avec mon compagnon (et on en a testé pas mal notamment à Paris). C'était parfait pour notre goûter et pour un dessert avec des omnis. Ils étaient conquis. On a juste regretté de devoir repartir de Tours avant de pouvoir repasser pour faire une razzia. Bref ne passez pas à côté de ce lieu surtout que les prix sont les mêmes voir moins chers que certaines pâtisseries non veganes de la ville.

We popped into L'Instant for lunch one day when visiting Tours. It's a great little vegan café, offering amazing cakes and top notch coffees. Even if you haven't got a sweat tooth, there's a cake for you as they serve savoury cakes (which are listed on the menu as cake salé)! Well worth a visit.

The owners were really sweet and the cakes were delicious. We only went here for take away, but the inside was really cute. It looked like a nice place to sit and enjoy your beverage and cake. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

This pleasant café serves vegan only dessert, so automatically it would be a five star place for me, but almost all the options are chocolate/cacao based, so I find the options quite limited. Also, despite the café is auitey big it is take away only, unless you eat the desserts in the tables outside. But still, still worth visiting when in Tours
