Great Value Buffet

Lingzhi @ Nouvena offers best value buffet you can find. Cheap and good. We ordered vegan versions and the waitress are very helpful.. only 3 dishes are non-vegan ! A great place for afternoon tea with friends.. but check their closing time to prevent disappointment.

Pros: vegan-mostly, good food, great ambience

Lunch box for take away $5

Choose from either fried rice or bee hoon and 3 dishes (out of the 4 daily special dishes available), including their dim sum 😋😋 might need to queue during peak hour, enjoy eating their lunch box, the standard is always there 👍🏻

Steamboat! Dim Sum! Buffet! Dessert!

Steamboat! Dim sum! Dessert!
BUFFET!

prefer their steamboat as the soup is more legit than those using soup paste to prepare the base which is more salty after a while.

After the gst & service charge.. Roughly is $35 per person. 11 AM to 3 PM

We eat from 11 AM to 2 PM plus. Hehehee.

cook it up

My first time at a buffet like this.
We had no idea what to do and no one spoke good enough English to help us. Vegan Pot Luck?
There were a few fried good at the buffet but the majority was raw veg. They brought us a hot plate and a pan with two sides, one had a tom yam soup back e and the other a clear broth.
We Cooke some veg and tofu in each side, added some dumplings in the clear broth.
We cooked several items k the clear broth and ate these with a variety of dips that were supplied. We added some other bits and bats to the Tom yam and had that as soup. Not sure if this is the way we were supposed to do it but it's was pretty good.
SGD 25 per.peraon and as many trip as you liked to the buffet.

Pros: lots of vegan, healthy, fresh

Cons: confusing.

Healthy but limited dinner buffet

Went there for dinner buffet with high hopes due to the good reviews I read, only to be met with slight disappointment. While the hotpot (highlight of the buffet) came with a wide range of ingredients, all healthy and supposedly organic, there was limited options for other items, and the quality is rather average. Even so, I love the dining environment and friendly service provided, along with the waitresses' recommendations on which items are suitable for vegans.

Pros: Great service, Good ambiance (circle sofa chairs), Healthy

Cons: Dimsum below average, Cold fried food

very flavourful lunch

One of the best vegetarian food I’ve had. Very flavourful lunch, ordered ala carte instead of taking the buffet lunch. Food was yummy and tasty, though both Mum and I felt slightly “je lak” after the meal. We couldn’t finish the 3 dishes and packed the remaining hor fun and sweet potato.
Although total damage was $67.10, including two basil tea we ordered, it was good money spent.

Pros: plating was nice and appetising. , abacus seeds are soft and qq.

Cons: felt abit over flavourful after the meal, but it’s

lunch buffet

Went for their lunch buffet. It was great, lots of different vegetables for steamboat. Able to choose up to 2 flavours of soup. With fried dim sum and steam dim sum to choose from. Their fruit rojak is great, the you tiao is crispy and the fruits are fresh! Thumps up!!!

Pros: lots of vegetables for steamboat. no mock meat.

Cons: their drink is $3.50 but free flow. not worth as t

Not bad

We went for the high tea buffet and it was good value, about 20$ per person with a cup of (really good) tea. The variety was good - about 6 warm dishes, some dim sum, salad and fruit. 2-3 dishes were extremely tasty, others were ok. The food was fresh and reasonably healthy for Chinese.
Some of the dishes were quite cold and they cleared the buffet half an hour before 5pm, so make sure to be there soon after 3pm!
But the staff was very nice and asked us to take more before they removed the food.
Good if you are very hungry but don't want to linger long.

Pros: kind staff , good value for money, alright food

Cons: limited time for the buffet, some food cold

OK Vegetarian food.

Had a set dinner with friends here. Food was nice and the staff were pleasant. They seem to also offer hotpot selection.

Peace ...

Exquisite Savoury Vegetarian Dim Sum Hi-Tea Buffet

I love the cosy hip decor and the sumptuous vegetarian food which uses only natural ingredients in this restaurant - especially their exquisite savoury Vegetarian Dim Sum and Hotpot @ Lingzhi @ Novena Square.

Making Dim Sum is real time consuming and required lots of work and skill. Not to mention the long list of ingredients required. Therefore, the smartest thing is to enjoy it at the restaurant. Go for the Hi Tea Buffet which is only S$10.20++ on weekday (which consist of 26 items) and S$15.00++ on weekend (consist of 32 items).

Last December, I have a meet-up with my boy's classmate and his mother at LingZhi. We were having Hi Tea Buffet, as a non-vegetarian, she was amazed that the vegetarian dim sum can be so delicious and just love it. It was value for money, it is better than going to a Coffee Chain for a cup of coffee and cake.

Many of my non-vegetarian friends, they are not aware that there is such scrumptious vegetarian Dim Sum at such a good price in such a hip restaurant. In fact they would not reject any vegetarian food as long as it is delectable. To them, it is just another meal and they can have meat at other time, it is not an issue to them at all.

What I like:
The causal hip decor in the restaurant. The awesome food, dim sum, hotpot. Prices is reasonable, like any casual dinning non-veg restaurants in the market

Pros: Excellent Food, Healthy Cuisine, good value

Veg Hi-Tea! But go there as twin

Went there real hungry after medical consultation at TTSH ard 3pm, was disappointed that as I went there alone, they told me that they only serve 2 or more pple. However, after some time, I went there again with 4 & found that their Hi-Tea is real not bad!! Ambience is good too! But another disadvantage is that if you are eating Hi-Tea, you can't take any of their Steamboat stuff, even include CHILLI or ANY OTHER SAUCE!!! Bad way of serving customers, since you won't be losing it, you are using it to serve also your customers too!!

Pros: Good ambience, Food Ok

Cons: Too stingy, Too inflexible

Excellent Vegetarian Food

My favourite Vegetarian restaurant in Singapore. Excellent steamboat and a la carte buffets. Healthy cooking too -- not too oily or too salty (unlike Lotus, which I suspect uses lots of msg).
Try their monkey head mushrooms!

Pros: Healthy, Good Quality
